You will work closely with the DesignOps Manager, Strategists, Consultants, and Designers to define, implement, and evolve critical processes and methodologies for our people, projects, and processes. What will you bring along - 3-5 years of experience in UX Design, design operations, program management, or a similar Ops role in the Computer Software/IT Industry/ a SaaS/Product-driven company with hands-on experience establishing programs, defining and iterating on processes, supporting teams, and developing relationships. - MBA in Consulting, Strategy, Business Management, IT, Operations, Business Analytics, or equivalent industry experience. - A willingness to fail, unlearn and learn. - Understands team dynamics, foster
