Job Title: Trainer II The Trainer II is responsible for delivering client-focused training to address new hire, product update, and recursive training requirements of Concentrix in support of client programs. The goal is to ensure superior workforce preparation with best-in-class service and delivery. This position requires attaining and maintaining certification in the Trainer Certification Program (101/102), mentoring Program Ready Trainers, reviewing and modifying curricula as needed, and evaluating training programs using various feedback methods. Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities Manage day-to-day functional direction of agents within the program training classroom environment, including monitoring student progress, coaching, providing developmental feedback, and readiness recommendations. Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills, including creative training techniques and adult/accelerated learning methods across various delivery modalities. Prepare and deliver training materials through classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and supporting activities. Achieve individual training performance metrics. Support and partner with Operations to transition agents from training to the production environment, ensuring competency levels meet business needs. Maintain relevant product knowledge by participating in calls, meetings, and side-by-side observations. Ensure effective communication with managers, peers, and other resource groups, including informal interactions with clients. Support Instructional Design team in designing and developing training materials for various instructional delivery methods. Measure the effectiveness of training programs using feedback methods such as focus groups, interviews, and surveys, and recommend curriculum modifications based on feedback and Training Needs Analysis. Participate in continuous learning initiatives related to change management, product and service releases, policies, processes, and procedures. Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a four-year college or university, with two to four years of relevant experience preferred. Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills like communication, critical thinking, time management, and team building. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Self-starter with a sense of urgency, able to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail.
