Overview: In this role within the Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for assessing the effect of local marketing executions and tactics as it pertains to Digital Marketing Initiatives. Evaluate customer driven campaign performance, synthesize data, distill findings, develop insights, and recommend actionable next steps to drive performance. This position requires someone with strong analytical and business skills, who can deliver at a tactical level. **Responsibilities**: 1. Ensure the teams’ productivity to deliver timely and accurate reporting solutions, consistency, and standardization across all countries in scope. 2. Assess and analyze data on Marketing campaigns and web analytics to develop insights as well as initiatives to improve campaign performance to drive leads and sales 3. Analyzing landing pages key performance metrics and competitive trending 4. Provide forecasts using operational and statistical tools and models for campaigns & landing pages 5. Problem solving through critical thinking and make data driven recommendations 6. Develop and maintain Digital Marketing dashboards and insights reporting to the management team across all international markets. 7. Create new reports and make additional changes as and when required by leadership 8. Proactively seek to improve current processes, introduce new processes to improve daily routine tasks 9. Perform other ad hoc duties in support of analysis and reporting that need innovation. 10. Collaborate with Business Intelligence and IT to maintain Customer Data Platform including new enhancements that might be required by the business. 11. Work with Marketing, CRM and analytical teams for GM Global, GMF NA and International Markets Qualifications: **Education level**: - Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Informatics, Economics, marketing, management or related field master’s degree (desired) **Experience Level (mandatory)**: - +4 years of Experience in Reporting solutions, Analytics and/ or business intelligence - Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese is desirable - Basic knowledge of statistics - Solid assessment, quantitative, and problem-solving skills - Experience querying and analyzing complex data sets - Ability to make data-driven recommendation - Superior written and oral communication skills - Experience in SQL, PowerBi or other end-user reporting tool - Experience in Google and Adobe Analytics **Experience Level (preferred)**: - 1+ years of experience with SAS, PowerBi or R - 1 + years of marketing experience - Experience in Automotive Financial sector is a plus LI-LF1 Disclaimer: Colombia - GM Financial is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion at every level of our organization.
