as a sales representative, has as its purpose to market and promote our products, identifying the need behind the need of the customer to offer solutions that generate mutual value in order to position the brand in all sectors and markets possible, fulfilling the budget and sales goals defined. This position is located in #Medellín, Colombia and report directly to the sales manager. **Key Responsibilities** - Negotiate, manage complaints or objections and conclude agreements with current and potential customers in order to meet the sales budget and achieve the expected profitability. - Prepare proposals on products and services to generate offers of added value and continuous improvement achieving loyalty to our customers. - Build sales projections with customer information to ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations. - Create frequent reviews and reports with portfolio and sales data in order to control the sales process giving compliance to the budget and defined sales goals. - Track customers' portfolios and search for payment agreements required to ensure the close of the sales cycle. - Update the business CRM according to the visits made to customers and generate the required visit reports to follow up and fulfill commitments. - Report on CRM with project information, prospects and sales opportunities in order to build and maintain a healthy pipeline. - Perform the search for new portfolio according to market analysis in your region in order to have an organic growth in the business. - Propose, comment or give suggestions on products or market needs or main customers for organic growth in the region. - Manage, collaborate and help the growth of the distributors in your area maintaining and respecting the code of ethics of the company. - Give information of your management indicators given by your manager. - Report and participate in the technical analysis of quality claims to ensure a correct response to customers. - Perform market intelligence with customers regarding the activities of the competition and inform the work team, to identify opportunities that allow us to grow in the market. - Propose, participate and execute customer improvement projects in order to increase sales and maintain customer satisfaction. **Qualifications** - Education: Professional in industrial, chemical, mechanical or similar engineering. - Training: Office intermediate, English intermediate. - Desirable (negotiable requirements): Certification Born - Experience: Three (3) years in the business of industrial paints, with responsibilities in the areas of sales or technical advice. **Benefits** Benefits such as life insurance, holiday bonus, christmas bonus, among others, will be discussed in the process. **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every single day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** **We are "One PPG" to the world.** **We trust our people every day, in every way.** **We make it happen.** **We run it like we own it.** **We do better today than yesterday - everyday.** Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
