Title and Summary Senior Business Analyst - Coupa Overview: The Financial Systems team is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Coupa to drive our Sourcing and Procurement strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses a P2P background within Coupa. Role: In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Coupa application, which includes but is not limited to: Design/Configure approval chains, punchout setup, content groups, custom fields, approval groups, lookups, requisition forms, process automators, user administration, custom roles, reports, SIM forms, homepage, iframe, and panel apps. Manage audit reviews across multiple Coupa controls, review integration failures, perform Coupa sandbox refreshes, and be an active member within the Coupa compass portal. Lead operations and serve as the point of contact for any operational questions from different business owners. Influence business owners with new ways of working and provide use cases that will benefit processes. End-to-end experience in configuring the supplier onboarding lifecycle (SIM) and contract lifecycle management, advanced level. Own new/existing punchout setup requests, assist vendors in building cXML code, and document test cases for UAT. Understanding the entire punchout setup lifecycle is a plus. Build dashboards/reports using Coupa Analytics and assist business owners in decision-making. All About You: Knowledge/Experience/Skills Bachelor's or higher degree in Information Systems, Procurement, Sourcing, Finance, or Engineering. Procure-to-pay experience - advanced. Experience as a Coupa system administrator - advanced. Hands-on experience with Coupa SIM module - advanced. Sourcing and contract lifecycle management module - intermediate. Experience designing Coupa integrations with ERP/middleware/third-party applications via flat files or APIs - intermediate. Coupa platform administration certification - required.
