What will you do The Strategic Execution Procurement Excellence Manager is supporting the performance management, stakeholder engagement, leadership of functional alignment and excellence, rolling-out of regional and functional strategy, business planning, and change management. This role will focus on orchestrating robust Business Planning, Portfolio and Performance Management frameworks while partnering closely with the broader COE team. The role will oversee consistent deployment of standards, frameworks, processes, best practices, tools, competence building and coaching within the respective category teams. In addition, the role will also carry cross-functional interface responsibilities with other functions (e.g., Finance, Strategy, etc.). The role will be primarily focusing on Global Indirect, and Global Logistics Procurement, and the regional NA orchestration for all categories across. Key Responsibilities: Assist on KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Improvement programs and support alignment, planning and tracking across all stakeholders involved. Contribute to all key internal, cross-functional, and external forums of the Global Leadership team. Orchestrate the Global Indirect and Logistics Business Cycle, like Business Plan, June update, 3 years operations plane, and process and Strategic Portfolio. Support the development of Long-term Vision for the region align category strategies with the company strategy and goals. Support execution of a framework for Short & Mid-term Strategy addressing emerging business needs within the annual Integrated Business Planning cycle. Focus on stakeholder engagement enablement and alignment. Leverage and maximize fit for purpose procurement process solutions, including the utilization of world class digital solutions, use of business process outsourcing, and deployment of internal resources. In collaboration with Strategic Value Management and the PMO Council, support the development and deployment of a Strategic Portfolio Performance Management framework and process; focus on standardization and stratification of dashboards, scorecards and KPIs. What we are looking for Required Qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Proficiency in written and spoken English. 8+ years of relevant professional experience, within Procurement in a Category management and/or Region or Country management is preferred. 2+ years in Head-Office/Chief of Staff activities building presentations to senior leadership. 2+ years’ experience in running Business Planning process. 2+ years in project management as well as experience in Project team Management. Must have track record of effectively leading within a global matrix environment across multiple businesses and initiatives. Ability to work effectively and problem solve in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned operational activities. Strong business and finance acumen, deep understanding of managing for impact in a highly complex multi-application, multi-function environment. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Must be able to partner effectively at all levels including senior leadership outside the function; demonstrated engagement and facilitation skills at most senior level (VP and above). Desired Qualifications: A relevant degree (e.g., Business, Engineering) is preferred, preferably complemented by an MBA or another master’s qualification. Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry preferred. PMP Certification or Process Excellence/Six Sigma Certification is preferred.
