Job Title: Account Receivable Analyst External Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst Location: Bogota, Colombia (Hybrid) About Your Business Area/Department: An autonomous and efficient analyst responsible for overseeing overall Collections operations and services rendered by Amadeus. This includes invoicing collection services to travel agencies and local providers. The role primarily focuses on implementing and monitoring collection flows and KPIs, liaising with Customers, Sales, Accounting, Treasury teams, and managing SAP system solutions. Summary of the role: Execute collection activities across North and Latin America, including Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Bad Debt proposals, and Dunning. Own and optimize collection SLA compliance and cross-team collaboration within OTC processes. Support the Accounts Receivable Manager in process improvement projects. Maintain expertise in Americas systems landscape and drive continuous improvement through requirements and CRs. Collaborate with travel agencies to resolve issues efficiently. Enhance collaboration with related areas, support, and customers. Manage monthly collection cycles, closing, and reporting activities to meet deadlines. Assist in planning and implementing procedures. In this role you’ll: Work with finance and internal teams to ensure KPIs meet SLA standards for Collection processes. Act as a business partner, providing support and advice on operational Collection topics. Contribute to the evolution of Order to Cash processes. Engage in local and international projects. About the ideal candidate: 2-3 years’ experience in Finance, preferably in Billing, Collection, OTC, or related fields. Bilingual in English and fluent in Spanish. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive and takes initiative. Excellent communication, conflict management, and team skills.
