What You'll Do: - Conduct user research, usability testing, and create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including User Research, Product Management, Engineering, and User Assistance. - Own the design of full features or products from concept to execution. - Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs. - Advocate for user-centered design by ensuring accessibility, usability, and consistency through design systems. - Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback, including insights from user data and AI integration.
