**What you’ll do** **Key Responsibilities** Provide physical access to suppliers on demand to site/communication rooms - IDF/MDF/MMR and Data Center/server room. Advanced troubleshooting capabilities to identify the root cause of the incident reported by end users for IT devices and mobility support/management. - Installation and configuration of hardware and software components to ensure usability by end users. Manage IT asset lifecycle management for the site/region, including coordination of asset collection with vendor, secure storage, tagging, imaging, allocation, recovery, hygiene validation, disposal and system upgrades. Coordination of cable patches with suppliers or activation on demand. Ensuring that basic network connectivity (LAN), Wi-Fi access, Tandberg video, printer and voice are available on site. Advanced troubleshooting capabilities for AV devices (projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, cameras and monitors). **Preferred experience**: - Experience in supporting overall manufacturing / lab IT systems and IT devices. - Basic troubleshooting capabilities (L1 level) for network devices including rack and stack (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points). - Knowledge of GMP and GxP - Intermediate English.
