Senior ProductOwner at BairesDev Step into the role of a Senior Product Owner,where you'll leverage your extensive experience in productmanagement to handle more complex products and make strategicdecisions. Your role involves advanced stakeholder management,mentoring junior product owners, and contributing significantly tothe product strategy and vision. What you will do - Oversee thestrategic development and lifecycle of one or more products,ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Lead and mentorjunior product owners and team members in Agile and productmanagement best practices. - Drive product vision and roadmap,communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Makecritical decisions regarding product direction, features, andpriorities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensureproducts meet market demands, usability standards, and financialgoals. - Evaluate product performance and user feedback, usinginsights to iterate and enhance product offerings.
