Job Description "> We are seeking a talented Search Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing search campaigns for our global clients. Responsibilities include: - Handling daily campaign maintenance, including pacing and performance, as well as troubleshooting and optimization - Proactively identify client's growth opportunities and take actions to ensure it happens. - Assist in Search and Digital Media training sessions. - Oversee the development, the rollout, and the adherence to search media best practices. - Prepare, train, and certify yourself to evolve and continue your career path while working on your daily tasks. - Develop, improve, and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional client service. - Provide clients with recommendations and optimization strategies that are aligned with their objectives. - Research keywords and forecast search volumes, cost rates & engagement rates for upcoming plans, planning product launches and campaigns. - Running the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance. - Demonstrating diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices throughout the full campaign life-cycle. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications: - English language proficiency at B2 level or above. - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or any relevant field. - Intermediate Excel knowledge. - Advance expertise in two or more Search platforms such as Google, Bing and SA360 (campaign management/optimization knowledge). - Strong communication skills. - Result oriented skills. - Attention to details skills. - Analytical skills. - Previously trained in digital branding or performance campaigns. - In-depth knowledge of search platforms, operating as an in-agency expert while showing a good understanding of the overall media landscape. - Strong teamwork and client orientation skills to help the team grow. - Strong analytical skills. - Strong knowledge managing media planning tools. - Strong knowledge of Bulk Edits. - Intermediate knowledge on reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power Bi and/or Datorama.
