About the role: We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Product Manager to join our team. This full-time role involves leading experimentation efforts, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize website copy, design, and imagery. Your daily tasks will focus on A/B testing and website optimization to improve conversion rates. Responsibilities: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversion rates across key website pages. Refine copy, design, and visual assets to enhance user engagement and performance. Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to implement test results and drive improvements. Use experimentation platforms like Optimizely (or similar) to manage and track testing efforts. Define, monitor, and interpret key performance metrics to evaluate test success and guide decisions. Support broader product initiatives, including roadmap development, stakeholder communication, and feature prioritization. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role. Hands-on experience with A/B testing and CRO. Familiarity with tools like Optimizely, Google Optimize, or similar (preferred but not mandatory). Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights. Experience in website or digital product optimization projects. Excellent collaboration and communication skills for effective cross-team work.
