Job Summary As our first dedicated growth hire, you will be responsible for acquiring, converting, and retaining users without relying on a large ad budget. This involves using lean, creative, and data-driven marketing strategies—leveraging SEO, content, partnerships, and product-led growth before expanding into paid acquisition. You should be able to test, iterate, and make data-backed decisions quickly, maintaining a startup mindset. If you're excited about growing a company without relying heavily on paid ads, this role is for you. HubSpot familiarity is required; proficiency is preferred. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute growth strategies Create high-ROI organic, viral, and product-led growth tactics Optimize onboarding and conversion funnels Conduct rapid experiments to test and scale effective tactics Drive SEO and content marketing efforts Collaborate with content creators for keyword ranking and organic traffic Implement partnership and backlink strategies Optimize landing pages and lead magnets for conversions Leverage product data for viral growth loops and insights Build email sequences and HubSpot automation for nurturing leads Experiment with referral programs and community engagement Track and analyze growth metrics using tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics Continuously test messaging, pricing, and onboarding flows Layer in paid marketing channels gradually after establishing organic growth channels Skills And Qualifications 3-5 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or legal tech startups Creative, resourceful, and able to drive growth with limited ad spend Hands-on experience with SEO, content marketing, email automation, and conversion optimization Strong data analysis skills and experience running experiments Proficiency with HubSpot; familiarity is preferred Test-and-learn mentality, comfortable with experimentation and iteration What We Offer 10 days of PTO plus 5 floating holidays (US or local) High autonomy and impact in building growth strategies Remote-first with flexible work arrangements Competitive salary and bonuses based on performance Fast-paced startup culture valuing creativity and initiative Opportunity to grow into leadership roles as we scale Compensation: $1,500 - $2,000 USD/month Working hours and time zone: 8 am - 5 pm CST If interested, send us your resume!
