Virtual Assistant (Remote - English Speaking) at Quality Foundation Repair We are hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant to support operational efficiency and drive team productivity at Quality Foundation Repair. This role involves supporting the owner and leadership team with administrative and higher-level tasks. Details: Type: Temporary Duration: Until 12.07.2025 Compensation: USD 7 - 15/hour Location: Remote (GMT-08:00 to GMT-04:00) About Us: Quality Foundation Repair provides expert, stress-free pier and beam foundation solutions in Austin, TX, with honesty, clarity, and care. Candidate Profile: Proficient in administrative assistance, email management, data entry, and Google Workspace. Fully fluent in English; conversational in Spanish. Experience supporting business owners or managers, proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Responsibilities: Manage admin tasks: data entry, email management, internal communications, appointment confirmations. Document SOPs based on Loom videos or team guidance. Upload and manage content in Whale and ZohoCRM. Support project tracking, task coordination, and process improvements. Run reports, update spreadsheets, and maintain documentation consistency. Assist with light QuickBooks tasks (administrative, not accounting). Help the team work smarter and stay ahead. Requirements: Strong spoken and written English. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant. Self-starter with excellent time management skills. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Zoho CRM, Whale, and QuickBooks Online. Ability to follow instructions from videos and convert them into documents. Organized, responsive, detail-oriented. Preferred Skills: Experience with home service companies or small business operations. Supporting sales or customer service teams.
