We are a recruitment agency based in the United States. Must work US hours, 40 hours per week. **Responsibilities**: - Enrich leads with contact information using Clearbit, Hunter.io, and ZoomInfo. - Conduct in-depth research on target companies and decision-makers. - Cold call decision makers and buyers to generate interest and move to a closing call. - Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system. - Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads for a steady pipeline. - Follow-up with prospects and interested clients; triage prospects to recruitment team. - Build long-term relationships with prospects for future sales opportunities. - Work closely with sales and recruitment teams, plus senior management and CEO. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 2+ years of SDR experience, preferably in recruitment or headhunting. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with initiative. - Familiarity with US business culture is a plus. - Requires mínimal supervision. **Benefits** - Competitive salary - Commission and bonus opportunities - Professional growth opportunities - Work from home - Paid US holidays Pay: $1,706,117 - $4,989,655 per month Application Question(s): - Do you have at least 2 years of experience as a SDR (sales development representative)?
