**About the role**: upon receipt. order to get clarification of the case. - Follow up the quote status until get a customer decision. Target to provide quote to customer within next 2 hours of initial request. - Support with monthly status and performance reports for OFR based on the status of the quotes and related to the operation. - Generate a Weekly Performance report for OFR based on KPI analysis and Hit Rate defined.
