Veho is adding a Global Recruiting Sourcer to join our team! This is a pivotal role that will help us keep a robust top of the funnel. We will lean on this person to identify and engage top-tier talent across Veho. This position is responsible for leveraging advanced sourcing strategies, databases, and market knowledge to identify passive candidates, support recruiting efforts, and build a pipeline of highly qualified professionals for a wide variety of positions across multiple departments and geographies. What you will do: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media platforms, and other online resources, to identify and engage a diverse pool of candidates. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-caliber talent for current and future hiring needs. Proactively research and stay updated on global talent trends, market conditions, and industry developments to refine sourcing strategies. Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and talent needs across. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, market insights, and candidate engagement strategies. Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit Engage with passive candidates to establish relationships and build interest in the company's opportunities. Manage communication with candidates throughout the sourcing process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and understand competitive hiring landscapes in various geographies. Track and report on competitor talent pools, salary benchmarks, and recruitment trends globally. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure up-to-date candidate data. Ability to build a workload in a strategic way Generate regular reports on sourcing metrics, candidate pipelines, and recruitment outcomes. What you bring: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years in a recruiting or sourcing role, with experience in global talent sourcing across various industries. Proficiency in sourcing tools, platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media), and Boolean search techniques. Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates. Experience in managing global recruitment initiatives and understanding the differences in talent markets.
