Technical Account Manager - (2400001S) The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for the customers in North America and their activities related to the managed services. The technical account manager will represent the customer inside Radware and will act as the focal point and escalation manager. This position will work in front of customers to lead Radware's security portfolio architecture and maintenance according to the best practices, cooperate on a daily basis with Professional Services Engineering, Global Support, Cloud Operation, R&D; and Product Management teams inside Radware, and ensure customers gain the best value and service. **Responsibilities**: - Owning Customers Post Sales relationship - Establishment and maintaining strong working relationships with key internal and customer personnel to work effectively - Participating in Customers onboarding to Radware services - Analyzing Customer needs and developing strategy to ensure Customers satisfaction - Deep understanding of customer technical requirement and customizations - Cooperating with different departments in Radware internally (Support, Cloud, Professional Services, R&D;), to ensure customers gain the best value and service - Advocating owned accounts internally and managing the escalation process - Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking - Performing periodic high touch meetings with Customers and providing operational and security reporting - Performing periodic Radware solutions tuning and maintaining configuration and software best practices - Coordination of new business opportunities and technical solutions with Pre-Sale Engineering **Requirements**: - Fluent English communication - written and verbal - 5 years of industry relevant experience (Networking and Security integration/maintenance work experience) - Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of networking equipment (routing, switching), firewalls, IDS/IPS, network protocols and DDoS protection - Security consulting experience - Strong presentation skills, communication and interpersonal skills - written and verbal - Willingness to travel up to 10% **Advantages**: - Technical Project Management, Network Engineering, and Networking Integration experience - Familiarity with DDoS and Web based attacks mitigation solutions - Certifications in network and security related skills Primary Location: CO-CO-Bogota Work Locations: Radware Colombia, Bogota Ak. 9 #115-06 Oficina 605 - Edificio TierraFirme Bogota 110221 Job: Field Support
