About the Role: Pricing Manager As a Pricing Manager, you should have deep knowledge of the pricing domain, excellent communication skills, and a strong leadership presence. You will play a critical role in creating value for TaskUs by managing profitability and cost optimization for Sales and Customer Success Leaders. We seek motivated professionals eager to make a difference. Responsibilities: Lead projects and key work streams for major internal stakeholders, collaborating closely with Sales and CS teams across geographies to shape deals and advise on pricing structures. Identify client value preferences and willingness to pay, highlighting opportunities for commercial model innovation and monetization. Design and develop high-standard competitive intelligence and pursuit support frameworks to facilitate stakeholder collaboration. Develop strong relationships with Global Sales and CS teams to support complex pricing scenarios. Make informed decisions balancing Sales/CS, Delivery, and TaskUs interests to deliver optimal value. Develop and articulate client-facing financial, business, and commercial documents, explaining deal constructs and value propositions at high levels. Analyze, advise, and operationalize deal reviews and other commercial elements, providing insights and recommendations. Challenge existing pricing models to impact the bottom line positively and reduce costs. Share best practices and keep abreast of current market and pricing trends across geographies. Promote initiatives aligned with TaskUs priorities such as client centricity, global integration, diversity, and technology adoption. Collaborate with stakeholders in sales, marketing, operations, and finance to develop competitive pricing strategies and analyze deal risks and opportunities. Assess data from various sources to derive insights into pricing strategies and market trends. Bring innovative perspectives to problem-solving with stakeholders. Ensure effective operational methodologies and governance are in place. Analyze long-term plans and strategic options for financial implications. Build strong networks within the organization and foster a culture of sharing best practices. Exercise assertiveness, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and proactively manage stakeholder relationships. Requirements: Expertise in MS Excel, Gsuite, and developing pricing tools or models for revenue and profitability analysis. Extensive experience in Pricing, Business Finance, or Operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in managing conflicting interests, collaborating, and handling ambiguity. Proven leadership and resilience as a team player capable of guiding daily operations. Strong judgment skills for managing financial outflows and making strategic decisions.
