We are seeking a passionate, dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and help build lasting relationships with local accounts while driving revenue growth for the hotels we represent. Role Overview: The Regional Sales Leader – LATAM is responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives to boost top-line performance across the region. This includes expanding existing accounts, acquiring new business through local and international promotional activities, and maximizing revenue opportunities for hotel properties. The role also involves leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed set targets. The position requires close collaboration with the VP of Operations to ensure sales strategies are aligned with the operational needs of each market. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maximize revenue, including local corporate accounts, meetings & events, and group segments. Represent the brand at local and international trade shows, sales missions, and industry events. Actively source, qualify, and solicit new leads while reactivating past accounts. Manage and report monthly KPIs and team performance to the VP of Operations. Monitor team performance against booking goals; recommend and implement improvement strategies. Collaborate with Revenue Management to align sales strategies with forecasting and business priorities. Oversee and optimize the performance of the Groups and Reservations departments, ensuring timely responses, high conversion rates, and effective proposal quality. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Conduct client-facing sales activities such as appointments, site visits, re-solicitation calls, “lunch and learns”, social hours, and local CVB-related events. Guide the Sales team through leadership, mentoring, and regular feedback. Create tailored development plans to support team growth. Ensure alignment and consistent implementation of global sales strategies throughout the LATAM region. Maintain full knowledge of all locations, services, packages, and promotions offered by the properties. Adapt priorities as directed by the VP of Sales, VP of Operations, or evolving business needs. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry, preferably in regional or multi-property roles. Proven experience managing sales strategies across multiple countries in LATAM. Advanced proficiency in English and local language (Spanish and/or Portuguese, depending on location). Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams Excellent analytical and communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Passionate about challenges, results-driven, and strategically focused. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools for data analysis and professional presentations.
