Collaborates with Ax Portfolio strategy Sales reps trainings. Manage the Aesthetics portfolio throughout the product lifecycle from planning to execution in support of the Business Unit strategy and objectives. This implies to translate customer needs and corporate/local strategy into the product offering to the targeted market **Responsibilities**: - Implement the Aesthetic Business Unit's local strategy established by the Aesthetics Head, analyzing deviations and developing corrective action-plans (if required) in order to achieve the established goals. - Propose initiatives to the Aesthetics Business Head to improve the area’s results, as well as communicate financial and personnel requirements to achieve the established goals. - Prepare reports to communicate the area’s results and explain deviations to the Aesthetics Business Head. - Execute strategies and commercial plans to market Aesthetics products in the established markets to achieve sales goals. - Follow the implementation of strategies to adapt them based on market changes. - Develop strategies and tactics for promotional materials, aligning them to the guidelines established by the Aesthetics Business Head, in order to help position the brand and increase sales Aesthetics products. - Identify market opportunities based on the strategy established by the Aesthetics Business Head and information provided by the Sales Force and other sources of information. - Ensure excellence in workshops and local trainings execution with HCPs - Lead the speaker’s development strategy - Sales reps training program - Ensure the digital strategy plan and execution - Develop sales representatives promotional material, align to Brand guidelines and Latam best practices - Trainings follow up KPIs **Profile**: - Business administrator or similar career - Minimum 4 years of experience as a physician and sales force training leader. - Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, including brand positioning, product launch and digital strategy. - Desirable experience in physician sales Competencies and Skills: - Sales Force Effectiveness Processes (Targeting, Segmentation, etc.). - Knowledge in product positioning, value creation and pricing. - Knowledge in sales techniques / negotiation - Languages: Intermediate or advanced English - Communication and relationship skills - Leadership - Strategic vision - Financial knowledge (P&L; management) - Coaching - Recursion
