As part of the PMO Team, this role is accountable for all program management and operational aspects of the Digital Academy in close alignment with the broader Academy organization. Position title: Global Program Coordinator for Digital Academy - Early Career Talent Location: Bogotá, Colombia Duration: Temporary up to 2 years **EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**: - Drive accountability for smooth end-to-end process execution during all phases of the Digital Academy experience (pre, during and post Digital Academy activities) - Analyze existing processes, define improvements, develop new processes and champion usage. - Manage expectations, timelines, stakeholders, communication, and risks for effective decision-making and project/program - Drive innovation by exploring new/current digital tools being used in the digital hub and see how it can be adopted in the Digital Academy program - Analyze and interpret data to understand business performance, create reports that effectively communicate trends and patterns to relevant stakeholders - Enable Faculty to leverage, adopt, and adhere to defined Service Level Agreements and tools such as Airtable, Mural, Canva and Canvas. - Actively contribute to the one team spirit.
