The company is now capitalizing on its cross-bordercapabilities to simplify payment ecosystems in regions marked byfragmentation and complexity—starting with Latin America. The ChiefRevenue Officer (CRO) will play a pivotal role in defining andexecuting the company’s revenue strategy across its expandingpayment operations. This executive will be responsible for newclient acquisition, market penetration, and building a world-classcommercial organization from the ground up. The CRO will act as astrategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, driving scalablerevenue through innovative sales, go-to-market, and customer growthinitiatives. Requirements Revenue Strategy & Market Expansion -Design and execute a robust revenue growth strategy aligned withbusiness objectives. - Identify new market opportunities and clientsegments, with a focus on LATAM expansion and beyond. - Developframeworks to assess product-market fit and refine offeringsaccordingly. Client Acquisition & Commercial Leadership - Leadand scale a high-performance sales organization focused on net-newcustomer acquisition. - Establish commercial KPIs and salesoperations practices that drive accountability and measurableresults. - Cultivate relationships with enterprise clients,platforms, and key industry players. Team Building &Organizational; Development - Recruit, develop, and retain top-tiertalent across sales, partnerships, and business developmentfunctions. - Create a high-performance culture that prioritizesgrowth, resilience, and collaboration. - Implement operationalexcellence in commercial functions, supported by data and systems. Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Establish dashboards andreporting structures to monitor revenue pipeline, conversionmetrics, and performance. - Partner with finance, product, andmarketing teams to align business strategies and ensurecross-functional synergy. - Deliver regular insights to executivestakeholders and the board on revenue forecasts and strategicopportunities. Qualifications - 10+ years in commercial or revenueleadership roles, ideally within fintech, payments, or SaaS. -Demonstrated success in scaling commercial teams from the ground upin high-growth environments. - Strong domain knowledge of paymentprocessing, regional market dynamics (especially LATAM), and clientacquisition at scale. - Experience working with global enterpriseclients and navigating complex sales cycles. - Data-driven,analytical mindset with proven ability to convert insights intoaction. - Inspirational leader with a track record of mentoring andbuilding high-performance teams. - Proficiency in Spanish andEnglish. - Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanceddegree preferred.
