IT Manager to lead the strategy, planning and execution of technology initiatives in the organization. This professional will be responsible for overseeing the infrastructure, systems, information security, technical support and IT teams, ensuring that technology supports business objectives efficiently and securely. Main Responsibilities: Responsible for the HLCO IT department (systems, hardware and communication) Responsible for the support, availability and performance of network (data and voice), and systems: ERP, e-commerce, BI, LMS (Lensware); Implement, review and follow up of HLCO IT Director Plan; Implement and management based on COBIT practices and ITIL; Implement and management of IT Service Management processes (ITSM), asset management (ITAM) and Service Desk; Create and revised plans, processes and procedures in order to reduce costs and increase productivity; Management of the catalog of IT services, with the objective of being delivered within the agreed SLA; Responsible for project management using the PMI and Scrum Agile methodology; Creation and monitoring of KPIs; Restructuring of Infrastructure and HLCO IT services to support the growth of the operation; Management of outsourcing contracts for HLCO IT services; Responsible for budget department management (CAPEX and OPEX) aligned to strategic planning; Bridge between HLCO IT team and LMS Company (Lensware), RX product registration, IT-related RX production issues, improvements, etc; Bridge between HLCO IT team and Hoya Global BI Team; Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related fields.
