Responsibilities: Collaborate with development teams to understand technical requirements and challenges. Analyze and assess technical processes and workflows. Develop and implement technical best practices and coding standards. Design and deliver training programs on technical excellence and coding guidelines. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to development teams. Monitor and analyze technical performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide guidance and support to technical teams on coding and architecture-related matters. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies in software development. Qualifications: Bilingual: Spanish/Advanced English Level required. Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development or a related technical role. Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience with coding standards, code reviews, and software quality assurance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
