Job Description: This role is a key contributor to the success of our organization, providing administrative support and operational coordination. The Practice Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, preparing necessary forms and reports, and assisting with new patient intake. The Practice Coordinator will also oversee electronic health records (EHR) systems, manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations, respond to phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, they will assist with managing daily practice, including billing, scheduling, and staff communication. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bilingualism in Spanish and/or Haitian-Creole is highly desirable.
