This person is responsible for creating attractive product renewal proposals in order to achieve renewal sales and customer retention in the long term. Responsibilities: • Manage and support the licensing processes for digital products and technologies. • Assist in the drafting, review and administration of SaaS licensing agreements. • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations (payments, renewals, usage metrics, service levels). • Collaborate with Billing area on usage rights, intellectual property, open source, among others. • Investigate new licensing models (usage-based, freemium, enterprise, OEM) to optimize revenue and reduce risks. Requirements: • You must be a professional graduate in Administration, Marketing, Business, or related areas. • You must have 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles (licensing, legal tech, contract management, IP, compliance). • You must have experience in tech environments: SaaS, digital platforms, software development, data analytics, etc. • You must have experience working in agile methodology environments (Scrum or Canvas). • You must have a B2 English Ideal Soft Skills: • Organization and time management • Critical thinking • Analytical thinking and focus on detail • Flexibility and adaptability to change • Willingness to learn Minimum technical skills: • Familiarity with software licenses • Basic knowledge of SaaS architecture, API models, or digital technologies • Experience with contract management tools (CLM systems), CRM (Salesforce), and billing/licensing platforms What do we offer: • Salary + Performance bonus (further information will be provided as the process progresses) • Schedule: On-site Monday to Friday, and Colombian holidays, 46h per week.
