Job Category: Consulting Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle technologies and Java frameworks to support the implementation of our Oracle Banking Solution product. This is a key technical role requiring strong analytical skills, the ability to debug and resolve complex issues, and the capability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Oracle Database, PL/SQL, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Oracle WebLogic, along with exposure to Microservices architecture, JMS Queues, and XML. Experience working on Oracle Cloud platforms and within the banking domain is highly desirable. Certification in JAVA, ORacle PL/SQL will be added advante. Fluent in english and spanish. Responsibilities: Provide technical support and development for Oracle Banking Solution implementation projects. Requirment discussion with customer and creating the requirement specification doucment and FDDs Design, develop, test, and deploy components using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, PL/SQL, and Oracle technologies. Configure and manage Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle Database, and Oracle Cloud services as required. Develop and integrate microservices, ensuring performance, scalability, and security standards are met. Work with XML and JMS Queues for application messaging and integration. Collaborate with solution architects, functional consultants, and banking stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs. Perform system debugging, code reviews, and provide resolutions for complex issues. Advanced use of Excel for technical tracking, reporting, and data analysis tasks. Support technical documentation, deployment processes, and post-implementation activities. Participate in technical presentations and solution walkthroughs for internal and client teams. Continuously improve system performance and reliability through root cause analysis and proactive tuning.
