Carrier Sales Manager (Account Manager) 📍 Location: On-site – Barranquilla 🕓 Schedule: Full availability 💰 Salary: $4.000.000 – $4.500.000 COP (according to experience) About the Role We are looking for a Carrier Sales Manager (Account Manager) to lead and support sales operations for one of our U.S.-based accounts. This position is fully on-site and requires a high level of leadership, communication, and logistics knowledge. You’ll be responsible for managing a team, ensuring SLA compliance, reporting to both the client and internal departments, and resolving daily operational issues with a proactive and service-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities Lead, support, and develop a logistics operations team. Act as a liaison between the client and operations. Track daily team performance, tools, and compliance with internal processes. Handle escalations, perform coaching, and apply disciplinary actions when needed. Report absenteeism, tech issues, or client feedback to internal areas. Monitor KPIs and submit daily/weekly operational reports. Ensure optimal communication and continuous improvement within the team. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in team management or supervisory roles. Experience in sales (logistics or BPO-related) is mandatory. Academic background in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Sales Administration, or related fields. English level: B2 or above (you’ll communicate with U.S.-based clients and teams). Strong skills in multitasking, leadership, problem-solving, attention to detail, and adaptability.
