POSITION SUMMARY - This positionis based in Bolivia, Brazil (remote), Colombia or Peru The FullStack Web Developer is responsible for the management anddevelopment of content management systems (CMS) and the design anddevelopment of cloud-based solutions. This role involves working onboth the front-end and back-end of web applications, ensuringseamless integration and functionality. The ideal candidate willhave a strong technical background, excellent problem-solvingskills, and the ability to work collaboratively withcross-functional teams to support the organization's mission andgoals. Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop, maintain,and optimize websites built on multiple content management systems(CMS) including but not limited to Sitefinity and Craft CMS. -Design, develop, and implement cloud-based applications on AWS andAzure. - Monitor and optimize application performance andcost-efficiency. - Collaborate with design and content,infrastructure, and security teams to design and implementcloud-based solutions. - Ensure the security, performance, andscalability of web applications and cloud-based solutions. -Provide technical support and troubleshooting for web applicationsand CMS. - Stay up to date with the latest industry trends andtechnologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront ofweb development and cloud computing. - Perform related duties asassigned. Additional Responsibilities - Maintain a code repositoryfor all web applications and CMS. - Develop and maintain standardsfor web application development, hosting, and maintenance. - Adviseprograms on technical components of web application and CMSdevelopment. - Manage relationships with cloud service providers,including budget and service agreements. - Represent theorganization externally and serve as a trusted point of contact fortechnical inquiries. - Identify opportunities for technicaladvancement and innovation within the IT Solutions team. People AndResource Management Responsibilities - Does not directly supervisestaff. - Manages the budget and finances related to webapplications and cloud-based solutions. WORKING CONDITIONS -Occasional travel of 10% or more as needed. - Ability to work inremote locations or under difficult working conditions. - Guidanceon flexible work arrangements will be shared during the interviewprocess. Qualifications Required - Bachelor's degree in computerscience, information technology, or a related field. - 5-7 years ofexperience in full-stack development, with a focus on CMS andcloud-based solutions. - Up to 2 years of supervisory experience. -Strong technical and analytical skills, with proficiency infront-end and back-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript,PHP, Python, Node.js, .Net). - Experience with cloud platforms(e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CMS (e.g., Sitefinity, CraftCMS, WordPress, Drupal). - Strong organization and time managementskills. - Team player with the ability to work effectively withdiverse work groups in a multicultural environment. - Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills. - Proven ability tomultitask and meet priorities in a fast-paced environment withchanging priorities and minimal supervision. - Fluency in Englishis required. Preferred - Experience working and/or managingexternal vendors. - Experience managing budgets for cloudsolutions. - Experience supporting other developers/citizendevelopers in technical project design and management.
