We do this by offering exceptional benefits, flexible schedules, and the tools necessary to achieve success through paid training, mentoring, and the opportunity to work alongside top-notch security professionals.Join us on this journey as we execute this new mission-critical contract providing Cybersecurity Expertise and Risk Management!Your effort and expertise are crucial to the success and execution of this impactful mission that is critical in ensuring mission success through Security Engineering, Vulnerability Testing, Penetration Testing, Risk Management and Assessment, Insider Threat Analysis, and IT Policies and Procedures by improving, protecting, and defending our Nation's Security.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform or review technical security assessments of computing environments to identify vulnerabilities, non-compliance with cybersecurity standards, and recommend mitigation strategies.Validate and verify system security requirements and establish system security designs.Design, develop, implement, and/or integrate cybersecurity systems and components for networking, computing, and enclave environments, including those with multiple enclaves and differing data protection/classification requirements.Build cybersecurity into deployed systems and support architects and developers in implementing security functionalities.Support security architecture development, enforce trusted relations among systems, and assess security threats throughout the system lifecycle.Participate in security planning, assessment, risk analysis, certification, and awareness activities.Review C&A documentation for completeness and compliance; support security authorization activities per NIST RMF and DoD standards.Required Capabilities for Level 3 ISSELead as the primary security engineering representative on engineering teams for secure system design and implementation.Apply cybersecurity policies, procedures, and workforce knowledge to develop secure environments.Engage with customers and project teams to ensure security requirements are met.Support security planning, risk management, and the handling of government data.Design system/network solutions with multiple enclaves and varying data classifications.Recommend system-level solutions to meet security requirements.Qualifications20 years of experience as an ISSE on similar scope programs; recent experience within the last five years with cybersecurity principles and technology.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related field; a Master's degree may substitute 2 years of experience.In lieu of a Bachelor's, an additional 4 years of ISSE experience is acceptable.CertificationsDoD 8570 compliance with IASAE III required.Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate PolygraphAdditional InformationPay Range: $165,000 - $245,000Our pay range is a guideline; actual compensation considers role responsibilities, candidate background, and competencies.BenefitsComprehensive healthcare, retirement plans, paid time off, career development, and other lifestyle benefits.About UsRealmOne is a science and technology company providing cybersecurity, data science, and software engineering services to government and commercial clients.We are an equal opportunity employer.
