Talking daily with internal customers, to get needs, objectives, understand the reason for each demand and write the user stories. - Organize demands in a logical and practical way, prioritizing and confirming them with customers, define a roadmap for each product. - Ensure that the tasks requested to the development team are aligned with the customer's needs. - Collaborate with the development team during the design, development and testing of the solution. - Presenting new features to users in order to make sure they are clear about its usage/gain. - Help development team to understand customer needs and define better approaches together. - Review, present and answer questions from customers about the deliverables. - Be proactive to search for gaps and problems before they occur. - Map and create AS-IS/TO-BE processes. **Vacancy Prerequisites (Technical and Behavioral)**: - Advanced English. - Logical thinking. - Enjoy talking to people. - Good communication (giving information clearly and being able to communicate with confused people). - Good problem solving (moderating discussions and proposing solutions). - Be organized. - Have good empathy (ability to understand the other person's position and feelings). - Experience in Process mapping (BPMN in Bizagi/Blueworks or another tool). - Experience from 02 years with software development. **Desirable**: - Experience as Product Owner or business analyst in agile teams, defining user journeys and User Stories. - Portuguese intermediary. - Experience from 02 years with software development teams. - Knowledge in enterprise web portals (UX, UI), process automation, data integration methods (Middlelware, API). **Your Day-to-Day**: You will work with local teams from countries in Latin America where the company has offices and with external development teams in Brazil, USA and China.
