Committed to sustainability, the company has eliminated plastics from their packaging and focuses on reducing electronic waste. **Scope of the Role** **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Amazon PPC specialists, catalog managers, and other brand support roles, fostering a culture of critical thinking, innovation, and performance. - Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales, improve ROI, and ensure alignment with brand goals. - Amazon PPC Management: Oversee and optimize PPC campaigns to ensure efficiency and scalability. - Catalog Oversight: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimization of product listings, images, and descriptions to drive visibility and conversion. - Performance Analytics: Leverage data-driven insights to track performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies. **Requirements**: - **Communication**: Excellent English communication skills (Must have) - **Experience**: Minimum of 6+ years managing brands on Amazon, with a strong understanding of PPC, catalog optimization, and overall Amazon marketplace dynamics. - **Leadership**: Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage, inspire, and grow a team. - **Industry Background**: Experience working at or with brands like Anker or similar top-tier Amazon-focused companies is highly desirable.
