We are seeking a high-performance Appointment Setter / Lead Generation & Admin Specialist to support our luxury-focused ad agency partner. The ideal candidate has 2 to 5 years of proven experience in lead generation, outbound sales, appointment setting, and campaign setup. This role involves researching and identifying prospects, executing outreach campaigns, generating consistent warm leads, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations. We need someone proactive, nit-picky about detail, and capable of executing tasks quickly and accurately in a high-standards environment. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect Research: Identify high-value clients via tools like Lemlist, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation platforms. - Lead Sourcing: Maintain accuracy in contact data (email, phone, title). - Outbound Sales Outreach: Engage with 50–100 prospects daily via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls. - Lead Generation: Deliver 2–5 warm leads per day. - Campaign Setup: Build and manage outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, CRM workflows). - Admin Support: Assist with scheduling, CRM updates, and data entry. Required Qualifications: - 2–5 years experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation. - Exceptional attention to detail. - Experience with cold calling and warming up prospects. - Proven ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure. - Excellent written and verbal English (native or near-native). - Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working on luxury brand accounts or in ad agency partnerships. - Familiarity with CRM and automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Phantombuster). Compensation & Benefits: - $1,500–$2,500 USD/month (based on experience) - Biweekly payments (Fridays). Performance Metrics: - 50–100 outreach attempts/day - 2–5 warm leads/day - Well-executed campaign workflows with measurable performance.
