Job Summary We seek skilled Account Executives / B2B SaaS Sales Closers to join our team. You will drive revenue growth in the U.S. market by closing high-value B2B SaaS deals. This role is ideal for sales professionals with a proven record in the U.S. healthcare industry. This is a fully remote role, working Monday to Friday, Pacific Time. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end B2B sales processes: prospecting, qualifying, discovery calls, demos, and closing. Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams to identify opportunities, especially in healthcare. Understand our SaaS products and communicate their value, particularly to healthcare organizations like assisted living facilities and care homes. Negotiate contracts and pricing for mutually beneficial outcomes. Meet or exceed sales targets regularly. Keep accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to find new opportunities. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in a closing role within B2B SaaS, with a successful sales record. Healthcare experience, especially selling SaaS to assisted living facilities and related organizations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients using a consultative approach. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, capable of working remotely. Proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot. Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal skills. Knowledge of the U.S. business landscape and industry practices. Compensation includes an attractive base salary plus uncapped commissions, with unlimited earning potential for driven closers.
