Product Manager, Regional The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering revenue and margin targets for Business Intelligence (BI) solutions across customer segments and go-to-market strategies throughout the Latin America and Caribbean region. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and continuous improvement of product packages to address recurring client needs and ensure attainment of B&MI; revenue and margin targets. - Co-create and drive go-to-market strategies for priority products across each of our distribution channels including one-to-one sales, market-wide sales, network-linked sales, and partnership sales. - Drive engagement and usage of our Business Intelligence platforms by internal and external stakeholders. - Disseminate our main capabilities both internally and externally with engaging storytelling and data. - Identify opportunities for improvement across sales and delivery lifecycle. Develop and drive activities to increase customer engagement and foster positive experiences of customers with B&MI; solutions. - Systematically partner with regional and global teams to develop and deliver innovations to our markets. Requirements: - The ideal candidate should have experience in management consulting or digital product management in Latin America (+4 years). Experience in business development roles (+2 years) will be highly valued. - Key skills include high-level problem-solving, creativity, communication, and relationship building skills. - The candidate must demonstrate necessary Mastercard Way behaviors to be effective in cross-functional teams. - Proficiency and autonomy in Profit and Loss statement analysis and management are also required. - Fluency in English is required, fluency in Spanish and Portuguese will be highly valued.
