Audience Insights Manager Role Objective The objectives of the Insight Executive will focus on supporting the continued delivery of key insights to the business and to our clients. This will involve contributing to projects that inform the Advanced TV organizational strategy, as well as delivering solutions that enable advertisers to effectively deliver their addressable TV advertising campaigns. The role requires flexibility and creative thinking, as it sits within an area of continued growth and evolution, with multiple projects to manage and different stakeholders to interact with. Strong communication skills, data literacy, and motivation to learn are essential. The Audience Insights Manager will work on cross-functional projects related to insight generation, campaign measurement & effectiveness solutions, and initiatives supporting Advanced TV audience strategies to provide clients with cutting-edge targeting capabilities in the addressable TV environment. The key responsibilities for the role are: Insight generation Collaborate with teams such as the Advanced TV Solutions Manager and Client Services to provide insights that influence campaign strategy and execution, focusing on effectiveness, audience planning, and measurement. Manage designated projects and workstreams supporting these areas. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign effectiveness solutions align with client objectives and Advanced TV audience planning. Assist with post-campaign reporting and data analysis. Utilize mscreen to measure campaign effectiveness and incremental reach. Analyze industry data sources like Ampere and Statista to uncover insights into addressable TV advertising. Promote the use of data, measurement, and planning tools, encouraging best practices within the planning framework. Maintain and support campaign measurement and effectiveness solutions across all agencies and clients. Activate internal and external measurement studies, such as Brand Lift Studies, collaborating with Insight partners and the Marketing Science team to manage solutions and insights for Advanced TV campaigns. Projects and process Support the Advanced TV Solutions Manager team on pre- and post-campaign measurement and insights for clients. Lead delivery of specific client deliverables related to campaign reach and frequency. Manage and update the measurement study results database, regularly producing insights on campaign performance and strategy. Collaborate on go-to-market projects, including launching new measurement solutions and insight reports. Document, communicate, and implement new processes across teams. About you Strong data skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and communicate findings effectively. Relevant experience in data analytics or business analysis. Experience with data visualization methodologies and technologies. Natural data literacy, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of SQL is advantageous. Attention to detail and good communication and presentation skills. Quick learner with curiosity and a mindset to learn on the job. Desirable but not essential: understanding of video advertising metrics and a genuine interest in the media industry, target audiences, consumer behavior, and data. #J-18808-Ljbffr
