Key Responsibilities -Develop standardized recruitment funnels, processes, and partnerwith hiring managers to ensure a steady pipeline of top talent tosupport growth. - Design and implement a comprehensive onboardingexperience (90-day plan) to empower new hires and ensure alignmentwith elev8’s values and expectations. - Ensure smooth employeeoffboarding processes with exit interviews and feedback loops forcontinuous improvement. - Develop structured training programs fornew and existing employees, collaborating with managers to identifyskill gaps and growth opportunities. - Create an employmentbranding strategy and collaborate with sales & marketing toshowcase elev8’s culture and achievements across social media andour careers page. - Establish clear KPIs or OKRs for team membersand implement regular performance reviews to foster accountabilityand a feedback-rich culture. - Identify drivers of employeesatisfaction and design initiatives to boost morale, engagement,and retention of top performers. Example Tasks - Build onboardingplans including training schedules, mentorship, and performancecheck-ins. - Create a centralized knowledge base on our LMS fortraining and upskilling. - Implement pulse surveys and feedbacktools to inform engagement strategies. - Develop and roll out astandardized performance review process. - Organize team-buildingactivities and recognition programs aligned with company values. -Develop structured exit interview processes and track trends forleadership insights.
