We are seeking a fully bilingual (English & Spanish) *Sales Representative / Appointment Setter* with experience in high-stakes sales or appointment setting for marketing agencies. This role is responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, booking high-quality sales appointments, and supporting the sales team in converting those opportunities into long-term clients. --- *Key Responsibilities:* * Prospect and qualify potential clients in both Spanish- and English-speaking markets * Reach out to leads via email, phone, and messaging platforms to schedule meetings for the sales team * Clearly and professionally present Absolute Marketing?s services to prospects * Use CRM tools like *HubSpot* or *Go High Level* to manage lead pipelines, track communications, and follow up consistently * Collaborate closely with the sales and operations team to ensure alignment and handoff of qualified opportunities * Occasionally join intro calls to assist in warm lead transitions * Conduct follow-ups after appointments to maintain relationships and support conversions * Recommend improvements to outreach scripts, lead workflows, and automation processes --- *Requirements:* * 5?10 years of experience in high-stakes sales or appointment setting for marketing agencies, SaaS, or B2B services * Fully *bilingual in English and Spanish* (spoken and written) * Proficiency with CRMs such as *HubSpot* or *Go High Level* * Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills * General understanding of digital marketing services such as Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads, and automation tools * Strong customer service skills and experience in client-facing roles * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently --- *Preferred Qualifications:* * Experience with consultative, inbound, or outbound sales techniques * Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and email outreach tools * Knowledge of the U.S. market or experience working with U.S.-based clients --- *What We Offer:* * *100% remote position* with flexible hours * *Competitive base salary + performance-based commissions* * Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding agency * Collaborative, results-driven work culture * Initial training in services, tools, and sales processes
