Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or digital and martech roles. - Extensive experience with martech tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and WordPress. - Strong focus on execution, able to manage running of paid media campaigns and integrate marketing technology. - Ability to manage website updates and optimize them for marketing campaigns. - Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and report on all marketing channels and campaigns. - Proactive and solution-focused, able to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions efficiently.
