Ensure compliance with corporate, data, and consumer protection laws; safeguard our value in commercial and vendor contracts; and partner with the business to meet legal and regulatory obligations efficiently. What you will do Lead with autonomy the review, negotiation and documentation of partnership agreements and other relevant agreements with merchants; Be an effective counterparty to Addi’s merchant acquisition and success teams and provide them with advice on routinely issues in the partnerships with allies; Support the team in the compliance with the Company’s corporate obligations; Have a solid understanding of our business model to enable the candidate to expand or modify her areas of work as possibly required by the needs of the team and the Company. What we’re looking for Academical background and experience Lawyer admitted to practice in Colombia Minimum 1 year of experience at a law firm or in-house legal department (experience in a startup or financial institution is desirable) Proven track record in contract drafting, negotiation, and regulatory compliance. Strong understanding of Colombian commercial law, consumer protection, and corporate governance.
