Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is vital in driving our social media presence, creating engaging content, and building meaningful connections with our audiences. You will play a key role in shaping our online identity while contributing to the growth of our clients’ brands. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies, manage content calendars, and plan campaigns aligned with our goals. Hashtag Research & Growth: Identify and implement trending hashtags to increase reach and grow the number of followers. Industry Awareness: Craft content that resonates with audiences from various sectors, with a preference for candidates familiar with the oil and gas industry. Design: Create eye-catching visuals using Canva and other design tools. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas. Project Management: Use tools like ClickUp or Asana to track progress and ensure timely delivery of projects. Performance Analytics: Monitor social media metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for improvement. Social Media Management: Maintain consistent branding and tone across all social media accounts. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably with experience in the oil and gas industry or similar sectors. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sigma, Canva, Microsoft Teams, and project management tools like ClickUp or Asana. Language: English C1 level proficiency (required). Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions tailored to various audiences. Team Player: Collaborative, open to feedback, and proactive in contributing ideas. Organization: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
