The role consists of interactions with agents, policyholders, vendors and adjusting firms with the goal of providing superior customer service while promoting client retention and acquisition. What´s in it for you: Permanent contract Private health insurance Monday to Friday Salary to be negotiated ·Investigate, evaluate, and settle claims within designated authority level. ·Utilize effective communication consistently with clients, vendors, and policyholders. ·Explain coverage of loss and applicable policy provisions to policyholders. ·Consistent claim follow-up with adjusting firms and policyholders to set expectations on the claims process. ·Manage the claims negotiation process with customers. Skills & Experience Required: ·Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar fields. · English Level B2 or higher required. ·2+ years’ experience in customer service, Quality Assurance preferred. ·Strong analytical, investigative, and problem resolution skills required. ·Excellent active listening skills and the ability to provide effective customer service required. ·Work independently with moderate supervision as well as within a team environment required. ·Willingness to learn and apply claim handling practices and procedures required. ·Organizational skills to ensure tasks are prioritized and completed within set deadlines required. ·Availability to work extended hours when flooding catastrophes occur required. ·Strong collaboration skills with an emphasis on teamwork required. ·Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment required. ·Commitment to continuous improvement required. ·Proficiency at keying alpha and numeric information with accuracy and speed. ·Knowledge of basic equipment functions, such as how to create and maintain files, printing, copying, phone messaging and voicemail. ·Able to shift between priorities as needed throughout the workday. ·Always maintain and display a positive attitude, supporting business needs and changes. ·High moral and ethical integrity.
