About the Role: The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including management of inventory, maintenance of equipment, and ensuring cleanliness of kitchens and equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Team Management: Establish and verify that work roles are designed according to staff capabilities and skills. - Cleanliness and Maintenance: Verify the order and cleanliness of the area designated for storing chemicals. Open and close service shifts, verifying team attendance, punctuality, and completion of tasks, ensuring everything is properly stored and organized. - Inventory Management: Check cleanliness of all areas, refrigerators, and freezers, ensuring they are perfectly clean inside and out. Maintain kitchens, storerooms, hallways, and areas in optimal cleanliness, order, and safety conditions. - Equipment Maintenance: Keep kitchen equipment in optimal condition, including operational tools. - Expense Control: Analyze, supervise, and control expenses per service center, not exceeding budget constraints. - Food and Beverage Management: Ensure the availability of food and beverage operation equipment through monthly inventory counts, replenishing shortages, and planning annual purchases. Requirements: - Education: Degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields. - Experience: Minimum of 3 years leading medium-sized teams (10-20) in kitchen cleaning (stewarding), with high staff turnover.
