What you will do Guide and lead the delivery of ServiceNow implementations by providing guidance and thought leadership to both our client and internal resources in platform design, integration design, development standards, platform management methods, and technology strategy consulting. Find solutions to business problems, ensuring that the new solutions fit into the existing enterprise architecture from the technical, business, user, and other perspectives. You must be able to describe the solution in a language that is understandable to all and facilitate communication between process owners and the C-Suite. Responsibilities Understand how the technologies available can be used to solve the business problem. Understand what frameworks, platform applications, or technical stacks can be used to create a solution. Understand how the ServiceNow application will look, what modules will be in scope, and how they will interact with each other. Understand how the ServiceNow digital solution will scale in the future and how it will be supported. Configuration vs. Customization. Technical Debt. Ability to define the Risk vs. Value Proposition for third-party integrations with ServiceNow. Ability to clearly define for stakeholders how Governance works with respect to the platform and the project. Ability to clearly define what Organizational Change Management is and why it is a key component of a successful project. Requirements Proven experience in ServiceNow implementations across various disciplines. Proven experience in architecting solutions in the ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow scripting. JavaScript. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio. Two other discipline CIS-Certifications: ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, CSM, FSM, SecOps/GRC, HR, ITSM, ITILv3. Certifications preferred: Certified System Administrator.
