The Impact of a Sr. Engagement Manager at Coupa: As a Sr. Engagement Manager, you will oversee end-to-end implementation of the Coupa solution, either directly through our Professional Services team or via certified implementation partners. You will be responsible for successful 'go-lives' and serve as the system expert, aligning solutions with customer business goals. Your core duties include managing project reporting, risk analysis, resource allocation, and project delivery coordination. What You'll Do: Guide customers towards their goals, ensuring successful, timely implementations Build strong partnerships with customers and colleagues Lead all implementation phases from mobilization to deployment Facilitate process discussions on best practices Coordinate with Coupa service partners during implementation Engage customers in strategic business discussions beyond basic features Provide technical and functional expertise during implementation Demonstrate and configure the full Coupa platform to meet customer needs Develop and enhance implementation templates, training, and presentations Follow and adapt Coupa's implementation methodology to each customer Share experiences and insights with team members Support colleagues as needed Work effectively both independently and within teams, including travel up to 50% Conduct platform demonstrations and training sessions What You Will Bring To Coupa: Experience with Procure to Pay processes is highly desirable Preferred experience with SaaS and ERP implementations such as SAP, Oracle, SFDC, or Workday Over 10 years in systems applications consulting, either internally or with a consulting firm or software provider Strong client management skills and experience executing successful implementation plans Experience with SaaS, financial accounting, customer management, or sales automation software is a plus Previous senior consulting experience with applications like Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, Basware, OB10, Salesforce.com, Workday, Great Plains, ACT, Oracle, SAP Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proven ability to configure and demonstrate software effectively Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, passionate environment Bachelor’s Degree required Evidence of significant career growth Interested candidates should submit an English resume #LI-AA2 #LI-Hybrid Coupa is committed to equal opportunity employment and fostering an inclusive environment.
