HR Business Partner Fecha: 1 may 2025 Primary Purpose Align HR strategies with business goals, offering guidance on employee relations, performance, organizational development, and HR processes. Work closely with leadership to drive business success through effective workforce management. Main Responsibilities Serve as HRBP for the business: manage positive employee engagement, lead talent development and retention efforts, provide coaching/counseling to leadership team and associates. Lead diversity & inclusion initiatives. Create and implement effective workforce planning. Provide the organization with processes that facilitate career planning and succession management. Assist in developing initiatives requiring change management for projects aligned with the company's business priorities. Advise and support management and line managers in HR-related responsibilities, such as performance management, coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, and dismissals. Advise line managers on involuntary/voluntary exits and perform exit interviews. Design and implement wellbeing programs to foster a positive organizational climate. Support the Business Areas in defining and implementing actions and practices to promote a high quality of life at work. Support engagement surveys and lead the implementation of improvement actions. Manage and execute the internal communication strategy. Ensure compliance with company policies. Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Human Resources Management. Intermediate English skills, both written and oral. Desired: Master’s in Business Administration or Organizational Development/related areas. Certification in Coaching and evaluation tools. Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in human resources as a Generalist/HRBP. 3+ years in HR within manufacturing areas of multinational companies. Experience in matrix organization setups. Skills Strong business acumen and ability to connect current and past challenges with strategic HR functions. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations. Energy, charisma, and a positive attitude. Ability to collaborate with peers and contribute positively to business performance. Resilience and tenacity to deliver results in environments of ambiguity. Desired: Experience with SuccessFactors or Workday, Payroll Systems. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
