Internal Project Management (IPM) monitors and ensuresprojects for internal customers are delivered within scope, budget,schedule, and quality standards. It includes implementing processimprovements to reduce development time and assisting inintegrating complex business factors to develop long-term strategicplans. • Leads key and less complex projects that contribute tobusiness or operational impact, such as streamlining processes andtools for efficiency across functions, regions, or localoperations. • Responsible for project execution performance,focusing on financial and operational KPIs like cost, timelines,revenue, and project assets. • Interfaces with key stakeholders atbusiness leadership levels. • Interprets business challenges andrecommends best practices to improve products, processes, andservices. • Possesses in-depth organizational and market knowledge,leveraging understanding for integration to achieve objectives. •Contributes to strategic decisions within the professional area. •Conducts thorough risk management. • Solves complex problems usinganalytical thinking and judgment. • Contributes to the developmentof concepts guiding the professional direction of theorganizational unit. • Acts as a professional leader within teamsor task forces, often as the most senior specialist or recognizedexpert. • Leads functional teams or projects with moderate resourcerequirements, risks, and complexity, managing day-to-day staffingand resource allocation.
