You will drive the content strategy and positioning around transitioning to our newest LMS experience, articulating benefits for a range of personas across schools and institutions. Core to this role is the development and ongoing upgrades around adoption and change management positioning Primary responsibilities will include: - Building an “adoption/change management content plan” that maps assets to client-specific barriers to adoption - Developing compelling content that articulates the process and benefits to clients tackling vital upgrades and technology transitions - Partnering with the product management, corporate marketing, regional marketing, and client programs teams to coordinate effective “launches” for our higher tier monthly releases - Working with product management to present a roadmap for current clients that articulates the value around upgrading and the benefits for adopting key functionality - Supporting various client engagement tasks at Anthology Together and other user conferences - Serving as both an SME for the field teams to leverage during these transition conversations and a “trusted advisor” for the client community - Partnering with field leadership to provide client-facing teams with the resources they need to drive change management and ultimately, retention - Managing and developing the creation of effective sales tools and assets, including sales training and enablement - Supporting content creation for common use cases and workflows for adoption acceleration initiatives - Interviewing and communicating with clients to develop success stories and testimonials, specific to transitioning to the new LMS - Required skills/qualifications:_ - At least 8 years of applicable B2B product, customer, services, or solutions marketing - Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Business degree is preferred) or equivalent relevant experience - Demonstrated experience developing marketing campaigns and programs - Strong project and time management skills; ability to manage multiple time-sensitive assignments simultaneously - Familiarity with managing webinars using a web conference platform - Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with senior levels of management within Blackboard and across external partners - Ability to introduce speakers on client facing webinars - Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Detail-oriented, focused on quality assurance, well-organized, creative, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment - Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above - Preferred skills/qualifications:_ - Previous experience in the education industry - Can-do attitude with passion and enthusiasm - Proactive and resourceful **The Office**: We have an office located in Bogota, Colombia as a hub for the LAC market. - Located in Capital Towers center in the financial district - Excellent and secure area to eat lunch, have a walk, or dine after office hours - Benefits in prepaid medicine, dental plan, and wellness allowance - Easy access to public transportation close to two important avenues, Carrera 7 and Calle 100 - Free parking for employees and paid parking for visitors - Multiple private spaces for virtual and face-to-face meetings - Regular events like bring your dog to work day and ping-pong, foosball, and Mario Kart tournaments - Sodexo card provided for employees - Daily budget to spend on beverage vending machines - Learn more about the Bogota office culture by checking out our Facebook page - Option for remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic This job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.
