As a **Senior Data Quality Analyst**, you will thrive as you validate and test the call center, workforce management and healthcare data and reporting that keep our business running. You will be a primary contributor in the consistency of design and testing of key solutions to support business initiatives, while working with cutting edge technology. Here at **Optum** we have an opportunity to influence and improve the healthcare experience for everyone! **Primary Responsibilities**: - Support quality analysis, test design and approach to assess reporting and solutions - Create test plans and ensure quality of all deliverables by the team - Validate call center, workforce management and healthcare data - Capture data and develop data driven metrics to identify gaps and identify opportunities to improve key performance metrics to successfully drive SLAs, on time releases - Use analytic tools to identify data abnormalities that impact outcomes - Collaborate on ideation, development, and maintenance of new and existing test automation **Required Qualifications**: - English & Spanish Profiency - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Overall experience 5+ years of experience - Experience analyzing call center, workforce management, or healthcare data - Experience in analyzing and testing, using tools such as SQL, Alteryx, SAS, or similar - Experience working from business requirements - Proficiency with MS Excel (intermediate+) **Preferred Qualifications**: - Experience with Tableau and/or Snowflake - Experience working in a matrix environment Careers with Optum.
